The Assessment Data Dictionary included fields from student assessment data exports. Exports can display in one of two ways: pivoted and unpivoted. The fields available will vary depending on the type of export and assessment type.
Default Export Format
This is the default for data exported through the reporting website. This data is pivoted, and each assessment in the export has its own column. For more information on running reports and exporting data, please visit Export Data and Print Reports.
This is only used for specific custom exports. This data is not pivoted, and each assessment and subtest will have its own line, with the skill column indicating the assessment/subtest type and the period column identifying the month.
*The demographic fields may be blank depending on the level of access of the person exporting data and the data imported into the Istation database
